TAP In Properties is a privately held Virginia Limited Liability Corporation located in Leesburg Virginia. The Company's location is highly accessible to the Washington D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia areas. While no job is too small, the short term goal of TAP, LLC is to develop long term client relationships. The uniqueness that separates us apart from our competitions is that you interact directly with the owner. Phillip and Tanja will work cooperatively with you, focusing on your immediate need to determine and develop the best, creative solution.
Our President
Tanja Thompson remembers as a child always wanting to have her own business. Her first experience of being an entrepreneur was when she obtains rental property and became a property owner. Money was tight so she had to clean the properties herself. She got so good at cleaning others started asking her to clean their homes and commercial buildings.
Tanja has retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) after 25 years of honorable service. She is now able to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship.
Tanja holds a MA in Human Resource Management from Webster University , BA in Health Care Management from University Maryland University College , and A.A.S. in Personnel Administration from the Community College of the Air Force.
Tanja's greatest accomplishment was when she finished the 1998 Marine Corp Marathon. She has also ran “2” Army 10 milers.

Phillip Thompson has been pracitcing environment law for over 20+ years. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corp (USMC) Reserves with 20 years of service. He has experince in Environmental reviews, NEPA Compliance, Environmental Auditing Compliance, and Solid and Hazardous Waste Disposal and Cleanup.
